Netflix Introduces Mobile Plan At RM17/month — Available For Both New And Existing Users

Today marks the introduction of Netflix’s new mobile plan in Malaysia, the first in the Southeast Asia region,

With the new plan, users can watch all of Netflix’s content in standard definition (SD) on your smartphone or tablet at a time. So with the introduction of the new Mobile plan, Netflix now has a total of four plans to choose from; Basic, Standard, and Premium.

The mobile plan gives you access to no ads, no-hassle cancellation, and Parental Control, in case your young ones are watching. Aside from that, it also comes with similar features such as Smart Downloads, mobile previews, adaptive UI and the ability to share on social media.

It’s worth mentioning that you will only be able to stream on your smartphone or tablet only and only one device will be able to watch at a time.

Pokdepinion: I can see some who might be put off with the SD quality.. I think this is more for those who are on a budget or simply watch mainly on their mobile devices.
