OPPO Reno2 Series Launched In Malaysia From RM1,599
Today marks the launch of the OPPO Reno2 series, where they’ve introduced the brand new OPPO Reno2 and Reno2 F, each coming with quad cameras.
The quad camera setup setup on both devices feature a 48MP camera and a 8MP wide angle lens.
For the Reno2 is then fitted with a 13MP telephoto lens and 2MP mono lens to complete its quad setup. As for the Reno2 F, it uses a 2MP depth camera and 2MP mono lens instead.
Another difference between the two is that the OPPO Reno2 uses a Snapdragon 730G instead of the MediaTek Helio P70 on the Reno2 F. Completing the difference between the two is that they both come with different lift type cameras (front camera). A Shark Fin popup is used for the Reno2 and a standard vertical for the Reno2 F.

As you might expect, both runs on ColorOS 6.1, based on Android 9 Pie. Adding to that, they feature OPPO’s proprietary VOOC Flash Charge 3.0, which they claim can reduce charging time by 10%.

As for the official sale date, the OPPO Reno2 series will go live on the 26th of October, a day after the pre-order period.
