The rumours were true as the official free games lineup for PS Plus January 2018 is here. Wondering what awesome games you’re getting to kick off the new year? Here’s everything you need to know.

PS Plus January 2018 FREE GAMES Lineup

Editor’s Note: This is the lineup for the US region. If you’re in other regions, it has not been announced yet. Stay tuned as we’ll be reporting on it as soon as information becomes available.

Didn’t think the rumours would be true but here we are. Today, PlayStation Plus members will get to know what free games they’ll be receiving next month, and while we did get one good game in December, January’s free games are almost certainly much better in quality, and a much-welcomed addition.

The 1st one on the list, we have Deus Ex: Mankind Divided for PlayStation 4. The game picks up two years after the events of the previous game in the series, 2011’s Human Revolution, and will see players once again take the role of Adam Jenson as he fights the Illuminati, as well as incredibly violent augmented humans.

The 2nd PlayStation 4 game that players will have access to is Season 1 of Batman: The Telltale Series. In it, players will not only get to solve a tough crime as Batman but also as the billionaire Bruce Wayne, which brings an interesting dynamic to the game.

Finally, we have the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita titles. If you’re still playing on these systems, you’ll have access to Sacred 3 (PS3), The Book of Unwritten Tales 2 (PS3), Psycho-Pass: Mandatory Happiness (PS Vita), and Uncanny Valley (PS Vita).

Just to recap, here’s the full lineup of games for PS Plus January 2018:

Full Lineup PS Plus January 2018

  • Deus Ex: Mankind Divided (PS4)
  • Batman: The Telltale Series Season 1 (PS4)
  • Sacred 3 (PS3)
  • The Book of Unwritten Tales 2 (PS3)
  • Psycho-Pass: Mandatory Happiness (PS Vita)
  • Uncanny Valley (PS Vita)

In addition to all of that, as a bonus, if you’re a PlayStation Plus subscriber and you own a PlayStation VR, you’ll be able to download StarBlood Arena completely free of charge. Who doesn’t like free things, am I right?

Players will be able to download and play these games starting January 2nd 2018. Just hang on a little longer.

Pokdepinion: Well, this is certainly an improvement over December’s lineup, but that’s just my opinion. What do you think? Are you satisfied with the PS Plus January 2018 free games lineup?
