The Asia Pacific Predator League 2020 With USD 400,000 Prize Pool Gets Underway

The Asia Pacific Predator League 2020, which will be held in Manila 22-23 February 2019, will see PUBG and Dota 2 players vie for the total prize pool of USD 400,000 across participating regions.

With the tournament being regional, gamers in Malaysia are also welcomed for the RM100,000 prize pool for the Malaysian leg.

For Dota 2, there will be 4 on-ground qualifier matches, which will be held in Mineski Infinity Kuala Lumpur, Mineski Esports Arena Selangor, Eternity Esports Penang, and Gizmo Arena Sarawak and 2 online qualifiers. For the qualified teams, they will meet for the Malaysian Grand Finals at Level Up KL (KLCC) on 9-10 November.

On the other hand, PUBG will have 4 stages of online qualifiers, where the top four teams of each qualifier will face each other at the Malaysian Grand Finals on 7-8 December at Battle Arena, Jaya Shopping Centre.

The prize pool breakdown is RM50,000 cash for Dota 2 and RM24,000 for PUBG, with another RM26,000 worth of prizes. The Malaysian leg champions will also be heading to Manila in February 2020 to battle it out for the championship.
