Prior to the official launch, IKEA Malaysia conducted a soft launch to carry out tests of the eCommerce system. With it, it provided information, feedback, and best practices that have been used as refinement in preparation for a seamless shopping experience.
IKEA online store offers access to over 9,000 Swedish home furnishing products that comes with low price, well-designed, quality, and of course, functional. The site has categorizations based on products and rooms, making your product searching a breeze.
Shoppers can choose their ordering method where there’s parcel delivery or truck delivery. The latter is useful when you are ordering multiple large items, definitely. Shipping fees differ according to the delivery option and also location.
