Razer has introduced the Hammerhead V3 wired earbuds almost a decade since its predecessor’s release, and since then the new model has introduced some upgrades inside and out. For starters, the cable has now been reversed to a traditional rounded design (with TPE material that prevents tangling), as opposed to the flat ones in the V2.

Internally, the Hammerhead V3 features slightly bigger 11mm dynamic drivers, though much of the specs (i.e. impedance, sensitivity, input power etc) are not published at this time. It still uses the 3.5mm headphone connector, though the earbuds will also include an USB-C dongle for the majority of smartphones out there that no longer includes the headphone jack.

The earbuds also includes an in-line controller and microphone, along with interchangeable silicone earbuds in three different sizing options. For PC users, Razer says the earbuds will work with its Synapse software, which can be used to configure microphone settings; there’s also a separate software to set up 7.1 surround sound as well.

The Razer Hammerhead V3 will be available in Malaysia in Q3 2025 at a suggested retail price of RM249.
