Oral-B Introduces Oral-B iO Series 5 Electric Toothbrush

Oral-B has launched the new iO Series 5 toothbrush, which “reimagines how a brush performs, cleans and feels,” according to the company.

Oral-B iO: A Result Of Six-Year R&D

According to the company, the Oral-B iO is the product of six years of research with dental professionals, aiming to improve oral health at home. The toothbrush features a linear magnetic drive and a redesigned brush head, combining oscillating and rotating movements with micro-vibrations for a thorough clean.

Aside from that, a smart pressure sensor is used to guide optimal brushing pressure, and it features up to five personalized brushing modes, plus AI tracking via the Oral-B iO app for real-time feedback and coaching. The linear magnetic drive ensures smooth energy delivery to the bristle tips, resulting in a quieter and more effective oral cleaning.

The Oral-B iO Series 5 is now available for purchase at Watsons online and select stores, starting at RM1,300.
