[COMPUTEX 2025] MSI Showcases New PC Components With Latest Innovations

At COMPUTEX 2025, MSI unveiled a range of new products for the DIY PC market including motherboards, AIO coolers and monitors. Like last year, user friendliness is the focus, with a fair bit of AI-enhanced upgrades as well. We’ll be focusing on components on this coverage – for GPUs and gaming monitors, click this text.

For motherboards, MSI showcases its new ‘PinSafe’ design which removes the pointy bits behind various power connectors. Here’s how it works: when you look at the spots directly behind various power connectors (such as CPU 8-pin and ATX 24-pin), you’ll see sharp pins behind each individual pin, which can injure users if handled incorrectly during the installation process. PinSafe eliminates the sharp edges entirely, making it a minor but certainly convenient change for most users.

In PC cases, MSI unveiled the new MEG MAESTRO 900 Series as a flagship chassis with triple-sided curved glass panels, a 4-directional motherboard tray (which can be doubled as a open-air test bench), and support for custom liquid cooling setups; meanwhile, the MAG PANO 130R PZ expands the PANO case family with panoramic tempered glass and rear-connector motherboard support. Additionally, there’s the MAG VISION LITE 12 display panel measuring 12.3 inches, which can be mounted internally or externally serving as either a system monitor or extended display.

Cooling solutions include the MEG CORELIQUID E13 Series, featuring a 6-inch LCD panel for monitoring and pogo pin mounting system, whereas the MPG CORELIQUID P13 Series features a concealed 2.1-inch LCD under curved glass and simplified installation via a streamlined tubing design. MSI also expanded its PSU lineup with the MAG A1000GLS PCIE5 (available in black and white colors) ranging from 650W to 1000W variants, featuring up to 220% power excursion support.

Additionally, MSI announced an exclusive collaboration with VTuber IRONMOUSE to launch a limited-edition gaming PC with signature colors and character elements across several components – the full build includes the MPG X870E EDGE TI WIFI motherboard, MPG 321URXW QD-OLED monitor, MAG CORELIQUID A13 360 cooler, and MAG PANO 100R PZ case, all themed to reflect IRONMOUSE’s branding.
