GIGABYTE AORUS C700 GLASS lets you create your dream all-AORUS build
GIGABYTE makes a wide selection of components, and now GIGABYTE’s latest creation is a PC case: the GIGABYTE AORUS C700 GLASS. With a design inspired by the AORUS falcon’s imagery, the AORUS C700 GLASS is the perfect complement to the rest of your premium AORUS PC components.
One of the most unique design decisions that GIGABYTE did with the AORUS C700 GLASS is to support up to two 120mm fans at the rear. You can also replace it with a single 140mm fan, but where’s the fun in that? The AORUS C700 GLASS supports three 120mm or 140mm fans at the top and front of the case, respectively, making for a very airflow-optimized build.
While the rear supports two 120mm fans, it appears to not be able to support 240mm radiators, with GIGABYTE listing support for up to 140mm radiators for the rear vent. Meanwhile the top supports up to 420mm radiators, and the front supports a 360mm radiator. If you prefer air-cooling, the AORUS C700 GLASS can accommodate insanely tall coolers of up to 198mm tall.
To show off the innards, there’s the dual-tempered glass side panels, which means that your cable management has to be really on point if you want a sleek build in the AORUS C700 GLASS. Our previous experience with cases using this much tempered glass required quite careful planning and a generous cable cover from the manufacturer, but from the pictures of the AORUS C700 GLASS, it appears that it might a bit more challenging.
On top of that, GIGABYTE also seems to have kept VR gamers in mind, with a a whopping four USB 3.0 ports and even a HDMI port on the front panel. There’s also a USB 3.1 Gen2 Type-C port as well as a nice array of buttons for you to control the included ARGB and PWM controller from the front panel.

Pokdepinion: The design seriously looks like a throwback to an era when Alienware desktop PCs still looked like alien heads…
