4K Acer Gaming Monitors with HDMI 2.1 Coming to Malaysia
Apart from the new Acer Predator gaming laptops, Acer Malaysia also introduced a couple of new 4K gaming monitors that would make a good match for newer gaming technology as it features HDMI 2.1 support. Those are the 31.5-inch Acer Predator XB323QK NV and the 28-inch Acer Nitro XV282K KV with pre-order gifts for orders made before 6th October 2021.
Acer Predator XB323QK NV
The Acer Predator XB323QK NV is a 31.5-inch 144Hz 4K UHD (3840 x 2160) IPS gaming monitor with Adaptive Sync and Agile-Splendor IPS panel. It’s said to offer 90% DCI-P3 Color Gamut, Delta E<1 color accuracy, and VESA DisplayHDR 400.
Using the Ergostand, it allows this monitor to pivot, tilt, swivel, and adjust height so you can get the perfect viewing angle regardless of your setup. One of the main highlights here is HDMI 2.1 support, allowing you to enjoy 4K 120Hz on both the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X.
The Acer Predator XB323QK NV will be open pre-order from today onwards at the Acer estore, Acer official online stores on Shopee and Lazada, and Authorized Predator Partners. It will be retailing for RM4,299 with pre-order gifts including the Predator Galea 311 headset, Predator Aethon 300 keyboard, and Predator Cestus 310 mouse.
Acer Nitro XV282K KV
The Acer Nitro XV282K KV gaming monitor is an interesting display as it’s designed with Xbox gamers in mind, even with a special green cable management hook. Part of the “Design For Xbox” programme, this monitor has a 4K UHD IPS panel with AMD FreeSync Premium support, 144 Hz refresh rate and 1ms response time. It is said to offer 90% DCI-P3 color gamut, VESA DisplayHDR 400, and Agile-Splendor IPS technology.

Pokdepinion: I’m quite tempted to get that 31.5-inch gaming monitor not just because of the size but also for HDMI 2.1 since I already have a PS5. Of course, finding a game that can support 4K 120FPS on the system is gonna be tough now but hey, it’s good for futureproofing.
