Touch ‘n Go Rewards Users with Raya Next Level and Register & Menang Campaigns

Touch 'n Go

Touch ‘n Go is launching two campaigns, ‘Raya Next Level’ and ‘Register & Menang’ for the Hari Raya celebration. The Raya Next Level campaign will run until 30 June 2023 and will reward users of TnG RFID and RFID fueling with Lazada e-vouchers. The first-time users of RFID tags to pay for toll will receive RM5 Lazada e-vouchers, while those who use RFID for refueling four times on any RFID-enabled Shell stations (with a minimum purchase of RM60 each) will receive RM10 Lazada e-vouchers.

To refuel with TnG RFID feature – just park the car on designated RFID-enabled fueling bays and start refueling. The eWallet will first be auto-debited, and will immediately refund the unused remainder back to the user’s TnG eWallet accounts. The campaign is limited to the first 10,000 users, and is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Meanwhile, the Register & Menang campaign is aimed at introducing new users to the convenience of Touch ‘n Go’s self-service portal, which allows users to view their card details, report any lost, stolen, or missing cards, and request refunds. To participate in this campaign, new users only need to register their Touch ‘n Go card and link it to their TnG eWallet. There will be a total of 9 winners, with 3 winners chosen each month, from April to June – and winners are set to get a smartphone as a reward.

TnG RFID tags can be purchased online through the TnG eWallet app, TnG RFID portal, and official Touch ‘n Go stores on Lazada and Shopee. They are also available for purchase at the Touch ‘n Go NU Sentral and Bangsar South service and sales centres, designated RFID fitment centres, and selected petrol stations across Malaysia.

Praba Sangarajoo, Chief Executive Officer of Touch ‘n Go Sdn Bhd: “We want to take this opportunity to celebrate the Hari Raya festive season with all our users and reward them through these two campaigns.” He also encouraged users to take advantage of the seamless payment experience provided by Touch ‘n Go RFID for toll and refueling, and register their Touch ‘n Go cards to use the self-service portal for their convenience.

Pokdepinion: Assuming the teething issues with RFID tags has been fixed – this could speed up the refueling process quite a bit and reduce the queue on peak hours.
