Folding@home lets you help in the fight against COVID-19
Folding@home (FAH, for short) has been around for quite sometime, harnessing the public’s computing power to observe how protein structures “fold” and interact with the molecules around it. That data can be used to develop drugs or in COVID-19’s case, vaccines, that bind to specific structures on the virus.
To share your processing power with Folding@home, all you need to do is download the client software from their website, and you can start helping already. Both CPU and GPU projects are up, so you can make full use of the hardware in your system when you aren’t actually using it. To help in the fight against COVID-19, all you need to do is to set the category to “ANY” and the efforts against the pandemic will be prioritized automatically.
Do you want to help us fight #COVIDー19 ? Download our client from https://t.co/55uKn0rJem -> Install -> Set category to “ANY” #COVID19 is prioritized. GPU and CPU projects are up.

Folding@home can be quite intensive on your hardware so make sure your PC is well-cooled before participating. While the main purpose is to help find a cure for COVID-19, you might also find it a good stress test for your system. Good luck!
