Spotify Teams Up With Riot Games For Official League of Legends Esports Partnership

Recently, Spotify had announced of their first-ever esports partnership with Riot Games, who you may know as the developer behind League of Legends. With the partnership, it means that Spotify is the exclusive and first global audio service provider for the game.

Thanks to the collaboration, both Spotify and Riot Games will produce a behind-the-scenes look at the making of the Worlds Anthem, develop podcast series, create curated playlists, as well as launch a new League of Legends Esports Music Hub on Spotify.

With the Official League of Legends Esports Hub, you can expect new music, podcasts, and playlist inspired by the gaming community, which includes the Official League of Legends and Road to World 2020 playlists with more to come.

As for podcasts, they will work together to create Untold Stories: Top Moments from Worlds, a 9-episode series leading up to the 10th League of Legends World Championship this fall.

Listeners will be able to hear about the players and anthems through game highlights, recorded interviews, game round effects, and new interviews with key players.

Aside from that, you will get a close look at the creation of the Worlds Anthem through the Worlds Anthem Takeover on Spotify.
