Razer has announced the launch of its latest feline-themed Kraken Kitty V3 headset line, which includes two models – the Kraken Kitty V3 Pro and Kraken Kitty V3 X. Interestingly, the company didn’t name this lineup under the newer Kraken V4 family already introduced last year.
Razer Kraken Kitty V3 Pro & V3 X

The Razer Kraken Kitty V3 Pro offers tri-mode connectivity consisting Razer HyperSpeed Wireless (2.4 GHz), Bluetooth 5.3, and wired USB-A; it is also equipped with a retractable HyperClear Super Wideband microphone for comms, along with TriForce Titanium 40mm drivers for audio supplemented by THX Spatial Audio. Naturally, the headset integrates Razer’s Chroma RGB lighting, which extends to the cat ears as well. The headset’s ear cushions are built with protein leatherette and memory foam, Razer says.

Launching alongside the Pro model is the Kraken Kitty V3 X, which is strictly a wired model – though significantly lighter at just 270 grams. Its features include a HyperClear Cardioid microphone, TriForce 40mm drivers, and THX 7.1 surround sound support; it also uses a 3.5mm audio jack for a more straightforward setup. This cheaper model also lacks RGB lighting, though as far as looks go, it’s highly similar to the Pro counterpart.
In terms of availability, Razer says the Kraken Kitty V3 Pro is not yet available in Malaysia, while the Kraken Kitty V3 X is priced at RM299 and can be purchased through Razer.com, RazerStores, and select retailers.
