Seni Jaya Corporation Berhad has been named the winner of the Outstanding Bull Award at the Golden Bull Award 2026, recognized for its extraordinary growth trajectory as one of Malaysia’s leading Out-of-Home (OOH) media providers. The company has grown its revenue to RM69.71million in FY2025, nearly seven times its FY2021 figure. The company previously took home two APEA 2026 accolades for the same reason.

Now in its 23rd year, the Golden Bull Award is Malaysia’s first business award, honoring companies across industries and sizes for extraordinary business practices and sustained growth. The award is structured across three tiers: Emerging Bull, Outstanding Bull, and Super Golden Bull. The Outstanding Bull tier specifically recognizes established businesses with a proven track record of profitable operations in Malaysia.

Seni Jaya Wins Outstanding Bull Award

When Jeff Cheah took over as CEO in May 2021, Seni Jaya operated primarily as a static billboard company. Within months, the Group repositioned itself as a platform aggregating third-party OOH and digital OOH (DOOH) operators, rather than owning every asset outright. By September 2021, Seni Jaya had become Malaysia’s second-largest OOH advertising provider by inventory and asset diversity.

The network has since grown to more than 520 locations nationwide, including over 80 digital billboards. Among these is the digital gantry along the LDP in Kelana Jaya, introduced in 2023 and recognized by the Malaysia Book of Records as the country’s first of its kind.

The company has also expanded through a series of acquisitions, bringing Unilink Outdoor Group, Andaman Media, Vision OOH, and Ganad under its umbrella, joining the existing roster comprising CSSB and ENOMAD, with advertising solutions spanning rail transit, airports, and e-hailing vehicles. This year, Seni Jaya launched SYNQ as its dedicated digital solutions company, integrating digital capabilities to extend brand impact beyond traditional outdoor advertising.

Together, the Group’s OOH and digital offerings are unified under what it calls the Integrated Intelligent Digital Solution (IIDS), an ecosystem designed to merge its traditional and digital media capabilities into a single seamless network. Looking ahead, Seni Jaya has stated its intention to deepen audience analytics and programmatic advertising capabilities, and to grow its gamification platform into a recurring revenue stream.

Pokdepinion: One does wonder just how many of those digital billboards around the country are now part of the same company.
