PROTON introduced the e.MAS 7 at the 67th National Day celebrations in Putrajaya, where the crossover EV made its first public appearance in a special 25-car contingent that included various current and historic PROTON models. During the parade, it was presented in a special camouflage design representing the colors of the Jalur Gemilang.
Proton e.MAS 7 Celebrates Merdeka
The Proton e.MAS 7 was previewed to the media on 2 August, where it was announced that the official launch of the model is scheduled for the end of this year. In addition to its public debut, the automaker will kick off an interactive Merdeka social media campaign titled “Your Proton e.MAS 7 Dream” – spectators are invited to share their experiences and vision for the future with the new national EV.
As part of the National Day celebrations, PROTON also launched the Proton e.MAS Merdeka Campaign, offering 15 participants the chance to win RM67 in TnG e-Wallet credit for their creative comments on Proton e.MAS’s social media posts.
