Acer Day, now in its eighth year, returns with the theme ‘AI’m Limitless’ – as usual, the event aims to showcase the latest Acer products, and this year’s theme emphasizes AI-enhanced products that “help push the boundaries of technology and foster new creative ideas and capabilities among its users,” the company said.
Acer Day 2024 spans the Pan-Asia Pacific region with locally-hosted events, and users are invited to participate in social challenges, starting with the release of an official video and Acer Ambassadors Mission videos on Acer’s social channels.
Acer Day At Malaysia
In Malaysia, Acer Day 2024 kicks off with a roadshow at Plaza Low Yat on 1st August. On-ground activities, promotions, and flash sales are available to the public to join; Acer offers up to RM650,000 in rewards, including up to RM300 in Touch ‘n Go eWallet credits for select product purchases. This year’s flash sales feature discounts up to 95%, with prices starting from RM1.99 for a wired Acer mouse and RM3.99 for a Vero mousepad made from PCR plastic; there are also discounts up to RM3,600 on the Acerpure Pro P3 air purifier. The first 50 customers in queue for the Acer Day Flash Sale on 3 August 2024 can purchase an Acerpure Pro P3 (worth RM5,599) for exactly RM1. For online shoppers, Acer eStore offers up to RM500 off until 30 September 2024, with exclusive flash sales starting at midnight every Monday from 5 August to 15 September 2024.
In conjunction with Acer Day 2024, Acer Malaysia introduces a special edition of the Acer Aspire Lite 14. Weighing 1.5kg, it features a 2.2K (2240 x 1400) IPS display with a 16:10 aspect ratio and comes pre-installed with Microsoft Office Home and Student, plus 2-year warranty. The Aspire Lite 14 has a SRP of RM2,599, with an additional RM200 off and RM150 Touch n’ Go eWallet credit available as a special Acer Day reward.
