ASUS Malaysia Launches New ExpertBook B1 Laptop & AiO A3 PC

ASUS Malaysia recently announced its latest additions to the home & office market, consisting of the new ExpertBook B1 (B1402) laptop and AiO A3 (A3402) all-in-one PC. For both devices, the company is offering a 3-year on-site coverage service for minimal downtime, should issues arise.

Starting with the new ExpertBook B1 (B1402), this new 14-inch laptop now comes with either Intel 13th Gen or 12th Gen processors available, with the range-topping option being the Core i7-1355U (2P+8E). By default, it’ll feature 8GB of soldered DDR4-3200 RAM, but you have a free SO-DIMM slot for future upgrades that can accept up to a 32GB DDR4 module. All variants come with 512GB SSD as standard.

Meanwhile, the new AiO A3 (A4302) packs Intel’s 12th Gen processor with either the Core i3-1215U (2P+4E) or Core i5-1235U (2P+8E) available. You also get 16GB of DDR4 SO-DIMM RAM as well as 512GB SSD as standard; the display is a 23.8-inch FHD IPS panel with 100% sRGB and 88% screen-to-body ratio. It also comes with a pair of 6W speakers that should deliver richer sound thanks to what ASUS calls “bass-reflex design”.

For pricing, ASUS prices the ExpertBook B1 lineup from RM3,699 onwards, whereas the AiO A3 will cost RM2,699. Both models are now available nationwide with a 3-year local onsite warranty provided by default, plus a 3-year battery warranty for ExpertBook B1.

Pokdepinion: I was kind of expecting 14th Gen but, can’t ask too much given the price I guess.
