HP Launches Experience Hub In Kuala Lumpur

The folks at HP has recently opened up their HP Experience Hub (X-Hub) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, an online-to-offline (O2O) experiential retail experience for potential customers.

HP Experience Hub KLThe Experience Hub connects to 82 online stores spread initially across Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, and Singapore, with Thailand and Vietnam to follow in March.

It is created in partnership with Thunder Match, while the online experience is supported by regional online commerce partner, Shopee and Lazada. Consumers online can look forward to HP Live Advisors via real-time video calls and chat functions.

There’s also interactive Test Drive stations that mimic customer scenarios and activities by showcasing the full range of HP and partner technology. You can also gain access to personalization services such as custom engraving, printing plus more.

If you are wondering on where the store is located at, it is found at Pavilion, Bukit Jalil at Level 4.

Pokdepinion: I reckon it’s a good launch for customers to get all the information, test out the products and things like that. I’m just not a fan of the location however. I simply try to avoid high-density areas.
