Computex 2024: MSI’s Winning Entries
The MSI Prestige 16 AI Evo Slim AI Laptop won the “Golden Award” for its exceptional mobility and security feature set – at 1.5 kg, it is over 30% lighter than similar-sized models, while still packing a 99.9Wh battery for up to 19 hours of battery life. This laptop is equipped with a physical TPM chip, Tobii Aware anti-screen peeping service, and dual Windows authentication with facial recognition and fingerprint scanning, making it the most secure 16-inch laptop in the industry.
Amongst the three “Category Award” winners include the MSI Claw Gaming Handheld, the company’s answer to the handheld gaming market powered by latest Intel Core Ultra processors. The MSI GeForce RTX 4090 24G SUPRIM FUZION GPU also received the same accolade – this all-in-one hybrid liquid-cooled graphics card combines air cooling and water cooling into one single unit, utilizing patented liquid-cooling design, a short pipe waterway for improved circulation, and a radiator with fans designed to reduce noise and enhance performance.
The MSI Modern AM273Q AI Series All-in-One PC, also a “Category Award” winner, features a 27″ IPS WQHD panel and the Intel AI boost NPU courtesy of Meteor Lake architecture. It is made with eco-friendly PCR plastic materials and features an ergonomic stand, EyesErgo technology, Thunderbolt 4 and HDMI-in support, and a retractable Full HD webcam. It also includes the exclusive Power Meter app for energy efficiency.
Finally, the MSI Cubi NUC Series Mini PC received the “Sustainable Tech Special Award” for its compact, energy-efficient design, and FSC sustainable packing. Made with PCR plastic materials, it features the MSI Power Link, dual 2.5G LANs, DDR5 memory, and supports quadruple display with Thunderbolt 4. The Cubi NUC 13MQG also supports Intel’s vPro technology for enhanced security.
Sam Chern, Vice President of Marketing at MSI, said: “These awards not only acknowledge our past achievements but also serve as an incentive for our future AI PC development. We will continue to uphold the principles of innovation and excellence, constantly improving product quality and service levels, and bringing more groundbreaking technologies and solutions to the industry.”
