According to the leak, the iPhone 16 Pro and 16 Pro Max are set to receive a size upgrade, featuring 6.27-inch and 6.86-inch displays, both equipped with 120Hz Low-Temperature Polycrystalline Oxide (LTPO) panels. While the size of the 16 Pro Max display may raise eyebrows, it’s essential to approach this information with caution as it remains unverified.

In contrast, the standard iPhone 16 and 16 Plus are expected to maintain their current sizes at 6.12-inch and 6.69-inch, coupled with a 60Hz refresh rate. Industry insider Ross Young adds credibility to this information, noting that the Pro Motion feature will likely be exclusive to the standard models in 2025.

Pokdepinion: Making the Pro Max, or Ultra if they decide to change the name later, have a bigger display is good. However, this is only if they don’t make it any wider as that would be hard for someone to hold. I already know a good number around me who struggle to use the 13 Pro Max, 14 Pro Max, and 15 Pro Max with one hand. I have long fingers so I’m perfectly fine.
