Recently, a fully leaked specs sheet has surfaced, providing a detailed look at what these smartphones will offer. While the authenticity of the leak is still being verified, the information appears credible.
HONOR 200 and 200 Pro Leaked Specs
The HONOR 200 Pro will be powered by the top-tier Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor, while the standard HONOR 200 will utilize the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3. Display-wise, the HONOR 200 will feature a 6.7-inch AMOLED panel, and the HONOR 200 Pro will sport a slightly larger 6.78-inch display. Both models will have a 1.5K resolution (1220p), 4,000 nits peak brightness, and a 120 Hz refresh rate, ensuring vibrant and smooth visuals.
The camera systems on both devices are set to impress. The HONOR 200 Pro will come with a 50 MP main camera featuring an OmniVision OV50H 1/1.3” sensor, while the HONOR 200 will have a Sony IMX906 1/1.56” sensor, both equipped with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS). Additionally, both models will include a 50 MP portrait camera with 2.5x optical zoom and a Sony IMX856 sensor, also featuring OIS. A 12 MP ultra-wide camera will complement these setups. The selfie camera is expected to be 50 MP, with the 200 Pro potentially featuring a dual-camera system for enhanced group selfies.
Battery life and charging speeds are also noteworthy. Both the HONOR 200 and 200 Pro will come with a 5,200 mAh battery and support 100W wired charging. The latter will also include a 66W wireless charging coil and an HONOR C1+ chip to improve wireless and cellular connectivity. The big question remains regarding the pricing of these new flagship models. With the launch event scheduled for June 12 in Paris, all details, including the cost, will be revealed soon.
Pokdepinion: I’m quite curious as to how the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 will perform. It’s not expected to beat out the 8 Gen 3, but how close can it come to that? If it’s 90% close but noticeably cheaper, this might be the one to look out for.
