HONOR is set to redefine smartphone capabilities in 2024 with its flagship HONOR Magic6 and Magic6 Pro. Packed with cutting-edge hardware, these devices showcase Qualcomm’s powerful Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip, captivating LTPO OLED displays, and exceptional triple-camera setups, headlined by an astounding 180MP periscope lens in the Pro variant.

The HONOR Magic6 and Magic6 Pro feature expansive 6.8-inch curved LTPO AMOLED displays boasting a resolution of 1,264 x 2,800px. The variable 1-120Hz refresh rate ensures seamless visuals. HONOR impresses with peak brightness, reaching 1,800 nits in auto mode and an astonishing 5,000 nits for HDR content. The displays also incorporate 4,320Hz ultra-high frequency PWM dimming, complemented by a 50MP front-facing camera with an f/2.0 aperture.

The rear camera setup reveals a redesigned island, with the Pro model housing a 50MP main camera with a variable f/1.4-f/2.0 aperture. The highlight is the groundbreaking 180MP periscope lens providing 2.5x optical zoom and an incredible 100x digital zoom. The Magic6, on the other hand, features a 50MP f/1.9 shooter. Additionally, the non-Pro model incorporates a 32MP telephoto lens with 2.5x optical and 50x digital zoom, alongside a 50MP ultrawide lens.

Both phones run on HONOR’s latest MagicOS 8.0, based on Android 14. Users can opt for 12GB or 16GB of RAM, and the Pro model offers storage options up to a whopping 1TB.

The HONOR Magic6 houses a robust 5,450mAh battery with 66W wired charging and 50W wireless charging using HONOR’s proprietary wireless charger. In comparison, the Pro variant steps up with a 5,600mAh cell, supported by 80W wired and 66W wireless charging capabilities.

Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.3, with the Magic6 Pro enjoying additional satellite connectivity in China. Both phones feature IR blasters for home appliance control and boast IP68 dustproof and water-resistant ratings.

The HONOR Magic6 series comes in sleek black, green, blue, purple, and white color options. In China, prices commence at CNY 4,399 ($620) for the 12/256GB Magic6 and go up to CNY 6,699 ($943) for the 16GB RAM and 1TB storage Magic6 Pro.
