As you may recall, the chipset is the first from Samsung to feature AMD’s RDNA 2 GPU architecture, where it is confirmed to offer support for raytracing. The architecture was also used in AMD’s RX 6000-series GPUs and featured in both Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5 consoles.
Speaking of raytracing, when the chipset does come out, it will be the first for the smartphone market. With that in mind, it will be interesting to see what the mobile gaming industry will make use for it.
As the launch date isn’t that far away from now, we’ll know more as we reach close to the date. Till then, stay tuned to Pokde.net for more on the latest tech and gaming news plus reviews.
