Samsung’s next mid-range contender, the Samsung Galaxy A26, is making headlines with the first set of leaked renders showcasing its refined design and upgraded features. Following the launch of the Galaxy A25 last December, anticipation is building as we approach the release of its successor, which promises subtle but noteworthy improvements.

The Galaxy A26 measures 164 x 77.5 x 7.7 mm (9.7 mm with the camera bump), making it taller, wider, and slimmer than the A25. This change strongly suggests a larger display, with rumors pointing to a 6.64-inch screen, a step up from the 6.5-inch panel on its predecessor.

According to benchmark leaks, the Galaxy A26 will run on Samsung’s Exynos 1280 SoC, the same chipset as the Galaxy A25. It’s expected to come with 6GB of RAM in one variant, though additional configurations will likely be available. The phone is also rumored to launch with Android 15 out of the box, delivering an up-to-date software experience.

The leaked renders reveal a flat display featuring a waterdrop notch, a design element that feels slightly vintage compared to modern punch-hole displays. The phone also has a noticeable bottom bezel, but its overall aesthetic is clean and simple.

At the back, the three rear cameras are now housed in a unified camera island, a departure from the individual circular modules on the A25. The sides of the device are flat, aligning with contemporary design trends, while Samsung’s Key Island on the right side protrudes slightly to house the power and volume buttons.
