Interestingly, an industry insider, Ice Universe, had previously suggested a date of January 18 for the event. Given the time zone differences between China and the US, both dates could be accurate. The move to launch the Galaxy S24 is seen as a strategic step by Samsung to boost its revenues, particularly after experiencing a slowdown in semiconductor sales.
In addition to the Galaxy S24, Samsung has plans to unveil the Galaxy S23 FE in South Korea on December 1. This eagerly awaited device will be priced at KRW 800,000 (equivalent to €570 or INR 50,500). Notably, this marks the first time a Galaxy S FE model has been available in Samsung’s home market since 2020.

Pokdepinion: If that’s the actual date, then I foresee the devices going on sale early February. Pre-orders will definitely start pretty early, might even be on the same day as the event itself, but I doubt all of the devices will go on sale that quickly.
