Samsung Launches Galaxy A14 in Malaysia

Samsung is set to launch the Galaxy A14 in Malaysia from 15th March 2023: this budget smartphone comes with an improved 13MP front camera that provides a “huge leap in selfie quality” compared to its predecessor, while the rear camera array features a 50MP main camera, 5MP ultra-wide camera, and 2MP macro camera.

On the CPU department it is powered by Samsung’s in-house Exynos 850 SoC, with 6GB+128GB storage configuration. It boasts a 6.6-inch Full HD+ display, a 5,000mAh battery (with USB-C charging), 1TB microSD expansion and OneUI 5.1 with up to two generations of OS upgrades and four years of security updates. The Galaxy A14 is also part of Samsung’s Galaxy for the Planet commitment, using recycled plastic for device components and bio-based TPU for accessories, and minimal packaging using recycled paper.

Samsung is offering a free one-year extended warranty under Samsung Care+ for customers who purchase the Galaxy A14 from 15th March to 31st December 2023. Interested customers can purchase the Galaxy A14 for RM799 from any Samsung Experience Stores, Samsung Authorized Retailers, and Samsung Online Store from 15th March 2023.

Pokdepinion: That’s fairly good amounts of software commitment.
