MPL MY Season 9 Holds Offline Tournament For The First Time After Two Online Seasons

After two seasons of online tournaments, MPL MY Season 9 (Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League Malaysia Season 9) will finally see the popular Mobile Legends tournament open its doors to the Malaysian public. Fans can catch the tournament and their favourite esports athletes from 11th March (Regular Season, Week 4) onwards to the end of the Regular Season at EBN Esports City and Quill City Mall KL.

MPL MY Season 9 is being held in collaboration with the Malaysian Ministry of Youth and Sports, Youth & Sports Ministry, and Esports Integrated (ESI). According to Esports Charts, it is one of the most-watched Malaysian esports tournaments, with a peak-concurrent viewership high of 137k.

Fans who want to attend the MPL MY Season 9 games can do so by purchasing tickets here. The venue can accommodate up to 50 people, including regular ticket buyers and Team Season Pass (TSP) holders, and is priced at RM15 per match session. From RM80 onwards, TSP entitles viewers to watch all team-specific matches. Tickets can only be purchased online. TSP purchasers will not be required to pay an additional fee if their chosen team qualifies for the playoffs. The event will follow local government protocol and regulations, and safe distance measures will be in place.

Audiences attending the matches must submit to pre-COVID-19 testing. All participants must be fully vaccinated, and those with a body temperature of fewer than 37.5°C will be permitted to enter the venue. Participants must take a pre-match test and upload their MySejahtera vaccination status to the ticketing website before the game.
