League of Legends Spinoff, Legends of Runeterra Is Out Now for PC and Mobile

Welcome to Legends of Runeterra

Legends of Runeterra, a free to play strategy card game set in the universe of Riot Games’ popular title League of Legends has officially launched on PC as well as Android and iOS platforms. A brand new expansion called Rising Tides has also been released as part of the game’s official launch.

The Rising Tides expansion adds a new pirate themed territory called Bilgewater, over 120 new cards and 11 champions from the League of Legends universe such as Miss Fortune, Fizz, and Gangplank. Brand new personalisation options have also been added to the game which include new boards, new guardians and new emotes.

There will also be first week login rewards to celebrate the new launch of Legends of Runeterra as well as a special Moonstruck Poro Guardian for those who log in to the game by 2:59 PM, May 8.

One thing of note is that you will need a Riot account (whether existing or new) to play the game as a Riot account is required for cross platform play and sharing your account progress between PC and mobile.
