Free Fire x NARUTO SHIPPUDEN is making its return as Garena brings back Chapter One: Nine Tails Strikes from 16 September to 15 October 2026 – here’s the trailer:
The updated collaboration introduces Hinata Hyuga to Free Fire for the first time, expands the Hidden Leaf Village with the Ninja Academy, and adds a Sharingan-powered mechanic that lets players command Nine Tails in battle. A new Pick-One Grand Prize system also debuts, giving players the choice between two bundles upon completing event missions.
Malaysian fans can also experience the collaboration in person at the Free Fire booth during Anime Fest+ 2026, held at the World Trade Centre Kuala Lumpur on 26 and 27 September. Visitors can participate in two themed games, Sage Mode Training and Chidori Strike, and stand a chance to win exclusive merchandise.
New Free Fire x NARUTO SHIPPUDEN Collab Content

The Nine Tails Strikes Bermuda event returns with familiar mechanics and a new addition: Nine Tails can still descend on the battlefield by targeting the aircraft, arsenal, or ground to create dynamic encounters mid-match. New to this chapter is the Sharingan: Control skill, which allows players to briefly command Nine Tails and unleash its power across a designated area, adding a fresh tactical layer to Battle Royale.
A brand-new Ninjutsu skill also joins the roster – the 8 Trigrams Palm Rotation. It releases chakra in all directions while the player spins, forming a defensive barrier that repels incoming attacks. It joins six returning skills from the original collaboration, namely Water Dragon Jutsu, Great Breach, Fireball Jutsu, Rasengan, Chidori, and Cherry Blossom Clash.
The Hidden Leaf Village receives its first new landmark in this chapter with the addition of the Ninja Academy. Players can explore classrooms, visit the Chunin Written Exam Room, and interact with Naruto’s iconic swing for in-game buffs. Fan-favourite anime tracks also return, with Blue Bird playing during the parachuting phase and the NARUTO Main Theme serving as the lobby music.
Free Fire is also introducing its first-ever Pick-One Grand Prize as part of this collaboration. After completing event missions, players can choose between the Jiraiya Bundle, inspired by the legendary Sannin and Naruto’s mentor, or the new Hinata Bundle, which marks Hinata Hyuga’s debut in Free Fire.

The Hinata Bundle was added in direct response to player demand following the original collaboration – it recreates Hinata’s iconic look from the anime, and players can also discover a hidden interaction in the event interface inspired by her Twin Lion Fists technique and Byakugan.
Additional themed cosmetics available throughout the event include Tsunade’s Cloak, Gaara’s Tattoo Facepaint, Kakashi’s ANBU Black Ops Mask, and the Froggy Wallet elimination crate. Returning bundles based on Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura, and other characters will also be accessible during the collaboration period.
Pokdepinion: They added Hinata because fans demanded it, and that’s a good move.
