New Valorant Weapon Prices Leaked

Riot Games currently has one of the most popular competitive first-person shooters on PC available today. As such, any changes, big or small, is bound to be important. In this case, new Valorant weapon prices have apparently been leaked, which may potentially lead to us seeing cheaper Operators.

New Valorant Weapon Prices Leaked

According to the ValorLeaks Twitter account, they have discovered a leak that reveals new Valorant weapon prices and it will affect almost every weapon. It’s interesting to see as a bunch of them have seen a drop in price, with the most notable increase being the Judge shotgun.

Here are the full list of changes.

  • Frenzy: 500 > 450
  • Stinger: 1,100 > 950
  • Bucky: 900 > 850
  • Judge: 1,600 > 1,850
  • Bulldog: 2,100 > 2,050
  • Guardian: 2,400 > 2,250
  • Marshall: 1,000 > 950
  • Operator: 5,000 > 4,700
  • Ares: 1,600 > 1,550

Clearly, some of these changes are made to shift game balance and favourability towards other weapons. Making the Stinger cheaper will make it more attractive, especially in eco-rounds, as it’s constantly overshadowed by the Spectre. It’s the same case for the Bulldog and Guardian as they are overshadowed by the Phantom and Vandal. The Judge on the other hand is made more pricey given how powerful it is at close range.

At the moment, none of these changes have been confirmed just yet. ValorLeaks is a reputable leaker but regardless, do take this information with a grain of salt. We will report more on this as soon as information becomes available so stay tuned.

Valorant is currently available for free on PC.

Pokdepinion: I’m most likely sticking to the Phantom anyway, but during eco-rounds, I might just lean towards the Stinger instead of just using the Sheriff. We’ll see if it’s worth it or not.
