God of War Ragnarok Has Bigger File Size on PS4 Than PS5

The launch of God of War Ragnarok is just around the corner and interestingly, the game’s file size on the PS4 appears to be bigger than on the PS5.

According to renowned Twitter account @PlayStationSize, the file size of God of War Ragnarok is 106.734GB for the PS4 version whereas the PS5 version is a slightly smaller 83.921GB. The details have said to come from the official PlayStation database.

While this may seem odd, there is a chance that things could change come launch day with the Day 1 patch. It’s also worth noting that the file size could differ between regions as well, but that should also be slight, if any.

God of War Ragnarok will be coming to the PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 on 9th November 2022. There is even a special DualSense controller themed after the game available as well.
