ASUS ROG Strix Radeon RX 5500 XT comes with a generous factory overclock for RM1199
As AMD does not have any reference designs for the Radeon RX 5500 XT, it is up their partners to design custom coolers for the GPUs. And ASUS seems to have come up with a fresh design for the ROG Strix Radeon RX 5500 XT.
The ASUS ROG Strix Radeon RX 5500 XT combines most of their latest technologies in GPU cooling to make it one of the most advanced Radeon RX 5500 XT designs out there. You get two of the latest Axial-tech fans complete with a 0 dB mode and IP5X dust resistance. Make no mistake though, while this is a dual-fan design, it’s one long and thick card.
ASUS used their Auto-Extreme technology to ensure durability with a fully automated manufacturing process. That probably allowed ASUS to squeeze more performance out of the Radeon RX 5500 XT too, with the ROG Strix Radeon RX 5500 XT offering one of the highest factory overclocks out there.
