Black Shark 2 priced from RM2499 in Malaysia — pre-orders have already commenced
The Black Shark 2 is now officially available for pre-orders from Malaysian resellers. Complete with official Malaysia warranty, the new Black Shark 2 is available in two variants priced starting from RM2499.
The two variants offered by local resellers are the 8GB + 128GB variant and the top of the line 12GB + 256GB variant. The pricing are as follows:
- 8GB + 128GB: RM2499
- 12GB + 256GB: RM2999
The 12GB variant might actually sell quite well despite its price, as it is offered in the more attractive Silver color option. DirectD is also throwing in a free case, an original game pad and a screen protector along with your pre-order now, which is expected to arrive on 1st April.
The Black Shark 2 offers a slew of upgrades over the original Black Shark with a faster Snapdragon 855 chipset, vapor chamber cooling, AMOLED display and 27W Quick Charge 4.0 charging. It also has a new fancy MagicPress technology which adds pressure sensitivity for a better gaming experience.
