Canon EOS 6D Mark II

The Canon EOS 6D Mark II is the lightest camera in the EOS full-frame DSLR line, packed in a nimble and compact body. Speed is essential when taking fast-moving objects, in this case the camera has a continuous shooting speed of up to 6.5 fps. The camera has a built in 26.2 Megapixel with full-frame CMOS sensor. Wi-Fi, NFC, Bluetooth and GPS is also built in.

Also, the EOS 6D Mark II 3.0-inch Vari-Angle LCD touch-screen. In terms of protection, it is dust and water resistant.

Pricing for the Canon EOS 6D Mark II starts from RM 8,899 which is for the body only, body with EF 24-70 L IS USM lens costs RM 11,999, and lastly the body with EF 24-105 L IS II USM lens RM 12,999

Canon EOS 200D

The Canon EOS 200D is small yet powerful camera which is the world’s fastest AF speed* at 0.03 seconds which allows for quick focusing on subjects in the frame. It also can catch selfies with the Selfie Mode, with gives background defocus, brightness and smooth skin effect which are automatically adjusted to catch the perfect shot.

It has a 24.2 Megapixel CMOS (APS-C) sensor with dual pixel CMOS AF. Similar to the EOS 6D Mark II, it also has a 3.0-inch Vari-Angle LCD touch screen and has WiFi, NFC and Bluetooth technology built in. Users can take continuous shooting of up to 5fps via the Optical Viewfinder. It supports Full HD 60p and external microphone input.

The EOS 200D retails at RM 2,999 for the body and EF-S 18-55 IS STM lens.

Given the importance of full-frame sensors to professional photographers, the EOS 6D Mark II is the most accessible camera to make the jump to full-frame photography.
