nubia Announce Their Red Magic 3 Will Get A Snapdragon 855+ Version

Since the announcement of the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 855+,  there’s been a handful of Chinese companies that gave hints that they will launch a new phone with the new chipset packed inside and one of them is apparently nubia. They have revealed that they will release a new edition of their Red Magic 3 gaming smartphone which will be powered by it.

The news was revealed at Weibo, where it says “Coming Soon”, where it also showcase the new Snapdragon 855+ chip that accompanied with the name “Red Magic 3”. Despite the news, it’s unconfirmed on whether the new version will replace the older Snapdragon 855 variant or they will both be on the market together.

nubia Red Magic 3 is the world’s first smartphone to come with a built-in cooling fan. The original Red Magic 3 came in with a couple of configurations, where the base offers 6GB RAM that’s coupled with 64GB of internal storage where else the highest of them being 12GB RAM paired with 256GB.

While it’s not confirmed that the phone will make its way here to Malaysia, we should see it since the previous version made it to our shores. Pricing of the gaming smartphone is also yet to be confirmed.
