Xiaomi Redmi 7A Now Available In Malaysia From RM399

Xiaomi has today launched their new entry-level smartphone, the new Redmi 7A that sees an improvement in performance compared to its predecessor.

The Redmi 7A is equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 439 chipset  and comes with a large 4000mAh battery under the hood. The phone comes with a faster 10W charger and the phone offers splash resistance.

They’ve said that the Redmi 7A can last up to two-days of normal usage. Other than that, it sports a 5.45-inch HD+ display and it features low blue light eye protection certification from TUV Rheinland.

In terms of camera, it is fitted with a 12MP rear camera and a 5MP front shooter that features AI unlock. Storage wise, there’s two options available 2GB+16GB and 2GB+32GB respectively. If that’s not enough space for you, there is a dedicated microSD card slot, which you can expand the phone up to 256GB.

Available in Matte Blue and Matte Black color variants, you can get the Redmi 7A at RM399 for the 2GB+16GB version and RM439 for the 2GB+32GB variant starting from today at authorized Mi Stores. If you wish to purchase the phone via online, the 2GB+16GB version will be available on Shopee on the 22nd of July 2019 and 26th of July 2019 at Lazada.

Pokdepinion: Not much to complain here, seeing the price. Probably a phone for those who don’t use much storage and with simple needs.
