NVIDIA’s Director of Technical Marketing has jumped ship to Intel

NVIDIA’s Tom Petersen has apparently left NVIDIA to join Intel. Intel has been snapping up people left and right to bolster their dedicated graphics efforts. After snatching up Raja Koduri from AMD’s Radeon Technologies Group, now Intel has NVIDIA’s Director of Technical Marketing.

Petersen has reportedly worked on various technologies that changed the landscape of gaming now such as G-SYNC. Intel is currently working hard on their upcoming discrete GPU, which Intel plans on releasing in 2020. Tom Petersen will join Raja Koduri and Jim Keller in Intel, if these reports turn out to be true.

What would you expect to see from Intel in two years’ time?
