Samsung’s Galaxy S10 series may be where the limelight is, but the Galaxy A series is probably where we will find devices we can actually afford. With that said, there are now two new members of the Samsung Galaxy A family, the Galaxy A30 and Galaxy A50.

Both devices feature a large 6.4″ FHD+ Super AMOLED display, which should put some pressure on other mid-range smartphones as Samsung’s AMOLED displays are widely regarded as the best in the industry. There’s an Infinity-U notch where Samsung houses the selfie camera. Under the 3D Glasstic back is where you will find a 4000 mAh battery in both the Samsung Galaxy A30 and Galaxy A50. All three devices also support Samsung Pay mini, Bixby Home and Samsung’s not-so-fast Fast Charging.

That’s pretty much where all the similarities end, with the Samsung Galaxy A50 offering higher-end hardware than the Galaxy A30. Samsung even packed the Galaxy A50 with an in-display fingerprint scanner, making it the fourth device in Samsung’s lineup to feature one. If you count the Galaxy S10 5G, then it would be the fifth.

Samsung is expected to announce the pricing for these Galaxy A smartphones in an event that’s happening this 28th February in India. What do you think of the specifications?

Pokdepinion: The specifications are actually pretty good, but knowing Samsung, the new Galaxy A30 and Galaxy A50 aren’t going to be cheap with all those features.
