If you are a die-hard fan of Samsung and want to have a full ecosystem experience, then this news is just what would make up your day. Samsung Malaysia Electronics Sdn Bhd (SME) has relaunched its Samsung Experience Store Large (SESL) at The Gardens Mall, Kuala Lumpur. This one is the only one of few SESL establishments in Malaysia with vast retail area that integrates mechandising, experiential zones and customer service. This reopening is kind of like a first major revamp since its inception in 2013 and incorporates flagship store concept. You know, the kind like how most gamers retail outlets are?

So this SESL will be your one-stop retail solution. In other words, if you can’t find that Samsung product here, it’s gonna be pretty much not available anywhere else. Smartphones, tablets, wearables, VR, Gear 360, ecosystem, accessories, anything under the Samsung brand name will be available here.

This includes hardware repair, software upgrades, device consultation, or even free checking for in-warranty devices. While they’re fixing it for you, you can have a stroll around and experience much of the awesome experiential areas that have been provided. You might just end up walking out with another gadget. lol.

Last but not least, if you’re still reading, here’s some awesomeness that you can reap from the visit to the SESL. If you complete several exciting activities that involve the Galaxy ecosystem in-store, you get to take home a fridge magnet personalised with a photo taken on the spot using the Galaxy S8, valid from 10am-10pm on 9th to 11th June 2017. To whom it may concern:
After reading your One-stop Samsung shop published in theSun on 19th June 2017, I decided to take my sister there yesterday 27th June 2017, so she could get herself a new J7prime. Actually I convinced her not to buy Oppo after reading your publication. The experience we got was far from what your Samsung Malaysia Electronics head of mobile business Hosea Heen under the Heading: SMART EXPERIENCE SAID. We arrived at SESL outlet in Gardens Mall at 10.40am and there were 3 staffs, 2 ladies and 1 male and there were 2 cashiers at the counter. My sister requested a Chinese speaking staff. The Chinese plum lady from the counter came to attend to my sister. So I left my sister with her and went to run my errands. After less than 1 hour I came back and shocked to find a Malay lady staff attended to her. She told me that the Chinese lady walked off immediately after I left. She complained that she couldn’t understand what the Malay staff was saying. Since the only Chinese was not around, I suggested we went up to Maxis to check on something. When we came down after half an hour we saw many Chinese staffs came in. So my sister quickly went to one of them to get assistant but it seems she was served by the Malay lady he couldn’t come in to help her. To cut the long story short, I told her to transfer everything from my sister’s old phone to her J7prime but she didn’t do it. After we went to Maxis to get a new Sim card, we came down again, my sister approached a Chinese staff to help her. Just fyi, we spent three and a half hour just to get a new phone, YET SHE FOUND OUT THAT NOT EVERYTHING IN HER OLD PHONE WERE TRANSFER OVER TO HER J7prime. I called SESL and got one of your Chinese staff to call my sister to find out the problems she has with the phone. Can you imagine after 31/2 hours I have to send her back to SESL so they can finish what they didn’t do yesterday. And my sister was not given the free gift after spent more than 1k.. I’ll not visit SESL or recommend my friends after this “RICH EXPERIENCE”
