Malaysia: ZOTAC Launches the GTX 1080 Ti; Available in 3 Different Offerings
ZOTAC’s is raising the stakes once more with their line of GeForce GTX 1080 Ti graphics cards.
The graphics card is the most exciting part of a computer for many people. Being able to game on high resolutions with high framerates is something you can brag about to your friends.
One of the hottest graphics card to trend lately is the GeForce GTX 1080 Ti. Today, ZOTAC launched their GTX 1080 Ti offerings, and it might be something worth considering for you guys who are looking to upgrade.
ZOTAC GeForce GTX 1080 Ti
From ZOTAC’s side, there will be 3 Geforce GTX 1080 Ti offerings; the AMP Extreme, AMP Edition, and Founders Edition. The AMP Extreme and AMP Edition will have be stronger than the Founders Edition as it has higher clock speeds.
The AMP Extreme ships from factory clocked at 1,645MHz/1,759MHz (base/boost). The AMP Edition on the other hand is clocked at 1,569MHz/1,683MHz(base/boost) In comparison, NVIDIA’s reference clocks are set at 1,480MHz and 1,582MHz for the base and boost speeds, respectively.
The ZOTAC GTX 1080 Ti AMP Extreme carries triple 90mm wide blade fans while the AMP Edition carries dual 100mm wide blade fans. Both versions will have 16 + 2 power phases to distribute the incoming power more efficiently, and is said to improve performance stability.
The IceStorm cooling system, which comes with a metallic ExoArmor with metal backplate that protects the delicate components, is said to be an improvement from previous graphics cards from ZOTAC and will be able to cool down the card more efficiently. ZOTAC also noted on the SPECTRA LED lighting system, which will allow users to customize colours and mood lighting with a wider colour spectrum and new lighting modes.
The ZOTAC GeForce GTX 1080 Ti AMP Edition will be retailing for RM3,769 while the AMP Extreme Edition will be going for RM3,999.
