Hisense Malaysia recently launched the PureView series RQ600P7AB 4-door inverter 740L refrigerator, which features a 740-liter gross capacity and Wi-Fi connectivity through the ConnectLife app. The unit is designed for larger households and includes a touchscreen interface, UV sterilization for water and ice, and a flexible temperature compartment.
Key Features Of Hisense RQ600P7AB
The interior is divided into three zones: a 365-liter refrigerator section, a 121-liter freezer, and a 129-liter “My Fresh Choice” bottom-right compartment that can be switched between fridge and freezer temperatures depending on storage needs. Internal lighting uses top and side LEDs, with adjustable full- and half-width glass shelves, door baskets (3+3 in both refrigerator and freezer sections), and a dedicated Fresh Zone crisper drawer.
The front door features a PureView glass panel with two lighting modes: TouchLight (activated by tapping the glass) and SenseLight (motion-activated). A 6.86-inch interactive touchscreen on the unit functions as a kitchen management display, supporting food expiration tracking, access to over 200 recipes, and control of connected smart home devices via the ConnectLife app.
The refrigerator includes built-in UV sterilization for its water and ice output which claims to eliminate up to 99.9% of bacteria; similarly, an Anti-Bacterial Guard system operates continuously within the fridge cavity with the same bacterial elimination performance. The unit holds SGS certification for bacterial elimination performance and, for the privacy-conscious among home appliance users, TÜV Rheinland certification for IoT digital privacy protection.
The Hisense RQ600P7AB is available at authorized Hisense Malaysia retailers nationwide and online, though no retail price was publicly announced (a visit to the website says you’ll need to inquire for the pricing yourself).
Pokdepinion: We suppose a certification of digital privacy is still better than nothing (which probably doesn’t prevent the screens from turning into an advertising vehicle in the first place).
