Korean electronics giant LG is set to showcase its latest home cleaning products, including the LG CordZero All-in-One Tower Combi and a new robot vacuum with simultaneous wet and dust cleaning capabilities, at IFA 2024 in Berlin.
The CordZero All-in-One Tower Combi integrates two devices into one: the CordZero A9X stick vacuum and the CordZero R5 robot vacuum, which offers a streamlined solution for floor cleaning, mopping, dust emptying, water refilling and automatic mop washing.
LG’s All-In-One Vacuum Cleaner
CordZero A9X stick vacuum is equipped LG’s KOMPRESSOR technology, which compresses dirt and debris to maximize the bin’s space, and it also includes a Spray Mop for mopping on hard floor surfaces. Meanwhile, the CordZero R5 robot vacuum combines vacuuming and mopping functions, supported by an automatic water supply system that keeps the mop wet. It also use a 360-degree LiDAR sensor for navigation, the company says.
The all-in-one unit features a Dual Auto Empty function that automatically empties the dustbins of both vacuums and charges them when docked, while the compact docking station also includes a UVC LED to reduce bacteria growth inside the dust bag.
Besides that, LG is showcasing its all-in-one robot vacuum and mop at IFA 2024. This device features automatic mop cleaning, drying, and an automated water supply system; it uses a front camera, LiDAR, 3D, and several sensors for navigation. LG says the vacuum offers suction power of up to 10,000 Pa and has a rotating mop that spins at 180 rpm, and any odors from wastewater are reduced by 30% through a cleaning and drying process that reduce the formation of certain chemicals, which is responsible for the foul smells.
LG’s latest cleaning solutions, including the A9X All-in-One Tower Combi and robot vacuum, will be on display at IFA 2024 from September 6-10 in Berlin.
