LG Malaysia Opens Its Inaugural Service Centre And Academy

LG Malaysia today has officially unveiled its first-ever Service Centre and Academy in the country, located at the Razak City Residences within Sungai Besi, Kuala Lumpur. The site was open to visitors after a ribbon-cutting ceremony marking the official launching of the new service center.

Aside from functioning as a service center for customers, the newly opened facility will also provide sales and training support for the company’s sales agents and technicians. The company says this helps ensure “the delivery of unparalleled service across LG’s extensive range of home and electronic products.” It’ll also function as a showroom to showcase LG’s extensive portfolio of products from home entertainment systems to consumer electronic appliances.
