All-new LG UltraGear Lineup Debuts In Malaysia
LG has debuted its new and redesigned UltraGear line of gaming monitors featuring latest technologies.
For the first time ever, OLED panel joins the UltraGear – the 48GQ900 comes with a 48″ 4K 120Hz display out-of-the-box, with overclocking capabilities up to 138Hz available. Response time clocks at near-instantaneous 0.1ms; the panel features a borderless design, anti-glare coating, and color space covers 98.5% of DCI-P3, calibrated from the factory. Ports include 3x HDMI 2.1, 1x DP 1.4 with DSC, USB ports, plus 4-pole 3.5mm audio jack and optical TOSLINK connector; it also features a pair of 20W speakers. Wall mount options are available with 200x300mm VESA mounts.
Next up is the 32-inch 32GQ850 – a QHD IPS monitor at 240Hz refresh rate at 1ms response time, with overclocks available up to 260Hz. The Nano IPS panel features ATW (Advanced True Wide) polarizer technology which ensure consistent colors from almost every viewing angles. This panel is both NVIDIA G-SYNC Compatible and features AMD FreeSync Premium Pro certification, as well as certified for VESA DisplayHDR 600 standard – this monitor is capable of covering 98% of DCI-P3 color space, which comes pre-calibrated from the factory. Ports options include two HDMI 2.1 ports and a single DisplayPort 1.4, plus USB ports and a headphone jack. The adjustable stand allows for tilt, height and pivot which allows for flexible monitor placements.
The third and fourth model is the 27-inch 27GQ50F and the 24-inch 24GQ50F: both features Full HD VA panels is capable of 165Hz with 1ms response time. Color space covers 72% NTSC (equivalent to 100% sRGB) – wiith AMD Freesync Premium certification. Both features dual HDMI 1.4 ports and a single DisplayPort 1.2 port, plus a headphone jack. The stand allows for tilt adjustments only; VESA mounting options are provided – with 100x100mm for the bigger model while the smaller sized model employs a 75x75mm mounting mechanism.

Pokdepinion: Compared to the older ones which have a massive red ring behind the monitors, I for one much prefer the understated looks of new designs.
