Both monitors offer peak brightness of up to 1000 nits across a 3% window, along with 99% DCI-P3 gamut coverage, true 10-bit color depth, and factory-calibrated Delta-E <1.5 color accuracy (note that peak SDR brightness is 250 nits for the 26.5-inch and 300 nits for the 31.5-inch). The 4K QD-OLED panels operates at 120Hz refresh rate with variable refresh rate support (matching the 120Hz ProMotion refresh rate found on MacBooks, which the monitors are also designed for).

The panels include an anti-scratch protective film, which ASUS states offers up to 2.5x better scratch resistance compared to previous-generation QD-OLED panels. As with OLED monitors, they have ASUS OLED Care suite of features designed to reduce the risk of image burn-in through pixel shift, screen saver functions, and dynamic brightness adjustment around static elements such as task bars and logos. A proximity sensor also lowers brightness when no user is detected in front of the display.

Both models include USB-C with up to 96W Power Delivery support, along with HDMI 2.1, DisplayPort 1.4 with DSC (Display Stream Compression) and daisy-chain support, and a built-in USB 3.2 hub with one USB-C port and three USB Type-A ports. Both monitors also support Auto KVM as well. For MacBook users, the monitors include an M Model-P3 color setting designed for compatibility with macOS devices, along with ASUS DisplayWidget Center software for macOS, which supports macOS 12 (Monterey) or later.

ASUS Malaysia says the ProArt Display OLED PA279CDV is available in Malaysia with a suggested retail price of RM4,250; the PA329CDV, meanwhile, will be available in Malaysia at a later date.

Pokdepinion: To be honest, I wish the stand isn’t in the bland silver color. Alternative color options would’ve been nice.
