BenQ Introduces X Series Gaming Projectors For Immersive Gameplay
Leading projector maker BenQ has launched two gaming projectors: the X3100i and X300G LED 4K gaming projectors. These projectors boasts input lag as low as 4.2ms, and is optimal for space-constrained scenarios, such as apartments or flats.
The X3100i features 100% DCI-P3 wide color coverage, 5W x2 speakers, eARC, and Dolby Atmos; it provides various game modes depending on the games you play for optimal experience. Aside from that, the setup process should be easy given its highly flexible lens shift and digital zoom options, providing a maximum of 100-inch equivalent display at 2.5m projection distance. It’s also capable of 3300 lumens with the 4LED lamp technology, with 600,000:1 contrast ratio.
On the other hand, the X300G offers 95% Rec. 709 color coverage (equivalent to 84% DCI-P3), 600,000:1 contrast ratio, 2000 lumens of brightness, 8W x2 symmetrical speakers with passive radiators, eARC, and Dolby Atmos support as well. It’s also measurably smaller in size, making it the more portable option to move around in any spot in the house.
Both projectors come with Google-certified Android TV and built-in Netflix, and comes with the stuff you’d expect from BenQ’s other projector models, such as 4K HDR-PRO, CinematicColor and CinematicSound. Also, as part of the X series it features ‘SettingsXChange’ that allow users to download tailor-made projector settings for popular titles.
No local pricing is available yet as of this writing, however BenQ did announce the Singaporean pricing of S$3,699 for X3100i and S$2,699 X300G.
