GIGABYTE has announced the launch of its NVIDIA GeForce RTX 50 series GPUs, including the RTX 5090, RTX 5090 D (China-exclusive model), RTX 5080, RTX 5070 Ti, and RTX 5070. These GPUs will be under lineups such as AORUS XTREME WATERFORCE, MASTER, AERO, GAMING, EAGLE, and WINDFORCE, with options for white finishes and designs suitable for NVIDIA’s SFF-ready specifications.

According to the company’s press release, these graphics cards feature upgraded cooling solutions and a compact design under the “Evolution of Ten” concept, which improves thermal performance by up to 10% and reduces overall card size by the same margin.
So where does the improvements come from? According to GIGABYTE, the AORUS XTREME WATERFORCE models now use liquid metal to better conduct heat from the silicon. As before, the company also offers water block versions (AORUS XTREME WATERFORCE WB) for custom loop liquid cooling systems.
For air-cooled models, the WINDFORCE cooling system has been upgraded with the Hawk Fan design, which increases airflow by 12.5% and improves air pressure by up to 53.6%. Then, the “server-grade thermal conductive gel” is used for consistent thermal performance over extended periods of time. Meanwhile, the AORUS MASTER variant includes additional cooling features, such as Screen Cooling Plus and ‘Superconducting’ heat pipes (exclusive to RTX 5090) with section sintering for optimized heat distribution.
