NVIDIA is joining the CES 2025 with its keynote set to be held on January 6, 2025 at 6:30PM (9:30AM on the next day in Malaysia) – the day before the main event kicks off from January 7-10 next year. As usual, NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang will be there to deliver the keynote, as announced by the organizers of CES, Consumer Technology Association (CTA).
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 50 Series Incoming?

Officially, NVIDIA hasn’t hinted anything thus far, so it’s up to everyone to guess what will be the next product to be announced from Team Green. AI will most certainly be headlining the event once again given the sheer fortune it has brought to the GPU chipmaker, but for the mere mortal gamers out there, we might able to witness the reveal of RTX 50 series in this keynote.
It has been two full years since the official announcement of the current-day flagship, the GeForce RTX 4090, so it’s highly expected that, assuming the chipmaker hasn’t plan any keynote prior to CES, the Las Vegas event will be the place where RTX 50 series will be announced. One source has previously told The Verge that NVIDIA “might” reveal more information on the new lineup by then.
Here’s a quick recap based on what we know: two new models will be announced – RTX 5090 and RTX 5080. The former is reportedly a 600W ultra-enthusiast model with more than double core count over the latter; the latter of which is also a power-hungry 400W card that is expected to surpass RTX 4090 in performance.
Pokdepinion: Took a bit longer than expected this time, but let’s see what’s in store this time around.
