Logitech Launches Ergonomic Wave Keys Keyboard
Logitech introduces Wave Keys, a wireless ergonomic keyboard designed for comfort and efficiency (and to reduce the risk of RSI, or repetitive stress injuries). With its wave layout and integrated cushioned palm rest, Wave Keys offers comfortable typing – without the learning curve often associated with ergonomic peripherals.
As ergonomic needs continue to grow at a rate of 4.6% over the next seven years according to RationalStat’s market report, Logitech is aiming to address these needs: the keyboard’s unique wave shape ensures a natural typing position for hands, wrists, and forearms. It fits well on various desks and comes in classic colors – Graphite and Off-White.
As for power, it comes with included AAA batteries that should provide up to 3 years of battery life. Mechanically, it’s using the 96% laptop-style layout, and features a +4° kickstand for those preferring to type in elevated angle.
This multi-OS compatible keyboard connects via Bluetooth or Logi BOLT receiver for enhanced security – as hackers do attempt to intercept keystroke wirelessly on unsecured connections, which can be a problem if your data is rather sensitive. Users can switch between up to three devices, such as Mac, PC, and iPad; the Logi Options+ App allows for various productivity shortcuts (i.e. Do Not Disturb mode that allows you to focus).
The Logitech Wave Keys is priced at RM299 and can be purchased on Logitech’s official Lazada and Shopee stores and participating retailers.
